By booking an appointment at Bliss Beauty Lounge, you agree to our terms and conditions. A non- refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the final treatment cost. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling - late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your booking fee or charge. All clients must complete a consultation form before treatments, and certain services may require a patch test 24-48 hours in advance. Results may vary depending on individual factors, and we cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every client. Bliss Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse treatment if we believe is it not suitable or safe. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Bliss Beauty Lounge, we aim to provide the highest standard of treatments and products. Please note that due to the nature of our beauty services, all treatments are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, we encourage you to raise any concerns with us during your appointment so we can make adjustments where possible.
For products, including our own brand lashes, we can only accept returns if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened lash products or any beauty items.
Refunds will be issues to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
Bliss Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
